Business driver was retention and development of skilled workers using learning as the strategic tool.siness objective was to create a framework to develop high potential (HiPo’s) employees to drive increased engagement and retention. 

Developed customized SOAP (Strategy on a Page) based on organizational review & analysis that included a findings study focused on the interests and development goals desired by workforce. Initial 3 year plan has seen a decrease in attrition by over15%.

A strategic plan was created covering core competencies, professional development tailored to the person, and cohort-based programs to foster cross-functional interactions and develop deeper business acumen opportunities. 

Catalyst Learning was expanding access from traditional in-person courses to a synchronous, online platform. The need was to ensure quality and consistency of content at a distance while engaging the remote participant cohort. 

Provided curriculum support and developed targeted interactions ranging from small group exercises to chat to increase peer-to-peer learning. Alternative assessment strategies also used materials readily available in homes to use as contextual aids and to increase interaction between remote members. 

The need to provide estimator’s a consistent methodology was identified as a business need to ensure time and cost effectiveness. 

With my partners, provided curriculum design and online module development including user-based content. Implemented LMS for project rollout and provided support for team and client users. 

Established manufacturing organization expanded services to business partners across multiple time zones to implement a standardized leadership development program. 

Provided curriculum solutions to move to an online, blended design. Conducted use case review to identify and implement a learning management system (LMS) with web conferencing support, an authoring solution, and targeted course design. 

Manufacturing company expanded and needed to create a learning & development (L&D) organization to support internal teams, sales groups, and external customers. 

Researched industries and created role descriptions, job aids focused on professional development and a career planning tool with training presentation to help visualize the process and ease the implementation. 

The National Retail Services Initiative (NRSI) Competency Model needed a plan for businesses to redefine the working relationships across levels and define expectations and pathways to career growth to increase retention. 

This NRSI implementation toolkit is designed to help organizations begin the analysis of current processes, practices, and culture and focus leadership across the organization on new ways to support and manage this new workforce. 

Regional organization providing support around Baldridge Quality criteria wanted to offer a virtual conference. 

Provided research and options that led to a cost-effective solution (Airmeet) the delivered workshops, keynotes, and sessions. 

The California Community Colleges System was planning to launch a fully online college to provide skills and credentials to working learners. Using a competency-based design the research focused on application of pre-degree credentials tailored to the needs of these working learners. 

Interviewed 50+ key leaders in the state to gauge their commitment, asked "what" areas need to be considered in an online environment (student onboarding, delivery, instruction, counseling, community, etc.), and their solutions. Final report summarized results and workshop outline to prepare participants to lead design conversation. 

Clinical start up addressing infants born addicted to opioids providing an innovative a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach that reduces length of stay and improves the quality of care. 

Defined unique use cases to meet their objectives leading to successful LMS choice and implementation, developed a multiportal system for client hospitals. Developed online courses to clinical clients nationally. 

Clinical organization had a high attrition rate for new managers impacting performance standards. 

Developed a robust onboarding program for new leaders focused on long term success leading to improved retention. Developed a strategy on a page (SOAP)to help them vision and share their story.
